For some clients, it makes sense to have Grant engaged on more flexible and by the hour. We offer an hourly rate for items such as capital raises, IRS Audits, Quality of Earnings Support, Technical Guidance, M&A Support or ongoing CFO issues.

While we do not accept success fees, we do have ways to structure payment plans to ensure proper class flow that will not hinder the business.
